By accessing our website or scheduling a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our site and services.
Agreement to Terms
By using this website or requesting services from PestControl Pro ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement, and accept these Terms in full.
These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use the Service. Your continued use of our website or services after any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Our Services
PestControl Pro provides professional pest control and extermination services including but not limited to:
- Ant and cockroach elimination
- Rodent (mouse and rat) removal and exclusion
- Bed bug heat and chemical treatments
- Termite inspections, soil treatments, and baiting systems
- Mosquito barrier spray programs
- Wasp, bee, and stinging insect removal
- General pest prevention and maintenance plans
Service availability may vary by location. Not all services are available in all areas. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
β οΈ All service quotes provided over the phone or online are estimates only. Final pricing is confirmed after an in-person inspection by a licensed technician.
Scheduling & Property Access
When you schedule a service, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your property and pest problem. You are responsible for ensuring that a responsible adult (18+) is present at the property during the scheduled service appointment.
You grant PestControl Pro technicians reasonable access to the interior and exterior of your property as necessary to perform the requested services. This includes access to crawl spaces, attics, basements, utility areas, and surrounding outdoor spaces.
You are responsible for:
- Securing or removing pets from treatment areas prior to service
- Removing or covering food, dishes, and food preparation surfaces
- Following all pre-treatment preparation instructions provided by your technician
- Disclosing any known sensitivities, allergies, or medical conditions of household members
Failure to prepare the property as instructed may affect treatment effectiveness and could void re-treatment eligibility.
Payments & Pricing
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as disclosed at the time of booking.
All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice; however, once a service quote is confirmed in writing (email, SMS, or invoice), that price will be honored for the scheduled service date.
π We do not charge hidden fees. The price confirmed before service begins is the price you pay β no exceptions.
Recurring service plan fees will be charged according to the schedule agreed upon at sign-up (monthly, quarterly, or as specified). You authorize PestControl Pro to charge your payment method on file for recurring services. You may cancel a recurring plan at any time in accordance with our Cancellation Policy below.
In the event of a failed payment, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your service until payment is resolved. A returned payment fee of up to $35 may apply.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules change. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled service time.
- Cancellations with 24+ hours' notice: No charge. We will reschedule at no additional cost.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice: A cancellation fee of up to $75 may apply, at our discretion.
- No-shows / locked-out technicians: If our technician arrives and cannot access the property without prior notice, a trip charge may apply.
To cancel a recurring service plan, please call us at 833-441-3356 or email info@pestcontrolpro.com. Cancellation of recurring plans will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for partially completed service periods.
Re-Treatment Policy
We stand behind our work. If you experience a recurrence of the treated pest within 30 days of an initial service, we will return and re-treat the affected area at no additional charge, subject to the following conditions:
- The re-treatment request must be made within 30 calendar days of the original service date
- The property was properly prepared as instructed prior to the original treatment
- The re-treatment covers the same pest type and infestation area as the original service
- The customer provides access to the property within a reasonable timeframe
π The re-treatment policy does not apply to new infestations, different pest types, or infestations caused by new entry points created after the original service. Ask your technician for full details specific to your treatment type.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PestControl Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of property value, loss of profits, personal injury, or property damage arising from or relating to our services or this website.
Our total liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We are not responsible for damage caused by pests themselves, pre-existing structural damage, or conditions outside our reasonable control. All services are performed by licensed professionals using EPA-approved products in accordance with applicable laws and label directions.
Health & Safety
PestControl Pro uses EPA-registered pesticides and treatments applied by state-licensed pest control operators. While we use products approved for residential and commercial use, you agree to follow all post-treatment instructions provided by your technician, including:
- Staying out of treated areas for the time specified by your technician
- Ventilating treated areas before re-entry if instructed
- Keeping pets and children away from treated surfaces until dry
- Contacting your physician or local Poison Control Center immediately if exposure occurs
You are responsible for informing your technician of any household members with chemical sensitivities, respiratory conditions, or allergies before treatment begins. We offer eco-friendly and low-toxicity product alternatives upon request.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of PestControl Pro or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our express written permission. The PestControl Pro name, logo, and brand marks are registered trademarks and may not be used without prior written authorization.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Delaware. Each party shall bear its own attorney's fees and costs.
You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against PestControl Pro.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by email notification or a notice on our website.
Your continued use of our services or website after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
